Do you want a slice of paradise?  It's waiting for you on affordable, sun drenched Margarita Island which is not named after a famous drink.  All you need is money (cash) and the ability to make a decision. I have lived on the Island for more than 10 years and will provide you with truly independent information, assistance and advice. My function is not to sell you any specific property or have you deal with anyone who is giving me a kickback - I charge a fee for my time and efforts plus a bonus based on results.

For a Caribbean Island prices here are unbelievable and even visitors can own property and receive deed and title.  There is both national and international tourism on this hurracane free island and the residents are very friendly. Certainly there are some negatives.  Show me a place that's perfect and I'll pack my bags.

Why not check out the various web sites that are mostly informative.  Pay particular attention to those listing real estate opportunities ranging from about $25,000 to over $1 million. If you are interested in looking into business ventures; we will have to talk.  Do some initial research and try to focus on exactly what you want before contacting me.  It will save me time and you money.

While you contemplate your future lifestyle alternative and/or foreign investment I am going to have a 40 cent beer at my favorite beach bar watching the waves, people, whatever. On the way home I will fill up my gas tank for 3 cents per liter (12 cents per gal.). Tonight it's filet mignon at $7 per kilo (2.2 lbs) and a not so bad bottle of wine from Chile at $4.50.
